ABOUT US

Wayne and Jessica Heather started a YouTube channel in May 2020 at the beginning of the first lockdown.

With Wayne furloughed and Jessica shielding due to the Covid 19 pandemic. They both wanted to feel motivated, rather than allow the pandemic to halt their life.

Wayne and Jessica were keen travellers before the pandemic, being lucky enough to have travelled to over 22 destinations all over the world.

'Holiday With The Heathers' their YouTube channel was primarily a travel channel, where Jessica and Wayne became travel vloggers sharing footage from their worldly adventures.

As travelling was banned for safety reasons, Jessica and Wayne began to vlog their everyday lives in and around lockdown raising awareness for rare health conditions and invisible illnesses.

Awareness has been raised through one to one interviews with tv, press, radio, charity articles along with podcast footage with other sufferers who bravely share their health journeys with rare health conditions. invisible illnesses and disabilities.

As travelling has now resumed, Jessica and Wayne are really looking forward to bringing even more travel content to your screens having booked future cruises and international trips for 2022 and 2023!

OUR CAMPAIGN WORK

HWTH HEALTH AWARENESS CAMPAIGN LOGO (TRA

HWTH Health Awareness Campaign was created in January 2021 by Jessica Heather with the

support from her loving husband Wayne Heather.

Jessica has been diagnosed with several rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disabilities.

Jessica had spent six long years with little knowledge or understanding of her undiagnosed symptoms. Once diagnosed, Jessica made it her mission to raise awareness of rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disabilities so that others did not have to feel alone in their suffering.

Our Aim is to raise awareness for rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disabilities.

It is our hope to educate the public in hope for their understanding that a rare condition, invisible illnesses and disabilities cannot always be seen by looking at a person.

By communicating, we hope that we can change the way people perceive these health conditions, therefore changing the way they think and act.

THE CHARITIES

Raising awareness is very important, but so is giving back to those charities that support those who live with rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disability.

We have chosen charities where any donations made will be spilt equally between the charities.

If you would like to make a donation to any of the charities listed above, please click the relevant charity logo below.
